A program of Island Grown Initiative, the Farm Hub at Thimble Farm is an education resources site for farmers and growers, offering demonstration aquaponic and hydroponic greenhouse production, workshops and trainings, a community garden, and an orchard.
Products include: Seasonal vegetables, greens and fish via a winter CSA.
Sales locations: The CSA offers 30-60 shares December through May; boxed with determined selection; $600 for full share, $300 for half shares, $130 for monthly shares. Available for sale at local markets, and served at island schools and at restaurants.
