Martha’s Vineyard Adult Learning Program (MVALP) is a free English program for adult immigrants. The mission of MVALP is to provide adults with quality English language classes designed to assist them in achieving their educational, work-related, and community goals. Classes take place at the Martha’s Vineyard Regional High School.
MVALP is part of the Martha’s Vineyard Public School System. It is funded by Adult and Community Learning Services (ACLS) at the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.
