The Martha’s Vineyard Boys and Girls Club provides quality programs and services to all ages of the Island-wide youth population that will prepare them for healthy and productive lives through professionally developed programs that help to develop self-esteem, leadership skills, personal values, and mutual respect, in fun and safe environments.
After School Program
The After School Program (ASP) is a drop-in program open to all members in grades k-6 at no charge other than the annual $20 membership fee. At the ASP members are free to chose from a variety of daily activities in each of the Club’s program areas: Gymnasium, Art Studio, Computer Technology Lab, and Gamesroom. Activities include: Homework Help, Athletics and Gym Games, Arts and Grafts, Computer Use, Pool, Ping Pong, Air Hockey, Foosball Games, Movies, and more. School Year: Monday – Friday, After School (2:40 pm) – 6:00 pm We provide busing from all Martha’s Vineyard Public Elementary Schools to the Club. The Healthy Happy Kids (H2K) program provides a free snack or small meal for the hundreds of elementary-school-age children who attend the club’s After-School Program. Summer Camp
Summer: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm The Martha’s Vineyard Boys and Girls Club Summer Camp is open to all Club members entering grades K-7 in September. Summer Club is the most affordable and fun summer day camp on the Vineyard! For details and to register.
Basketball Program
The MV Boys and Girls Club offers the ALL STARS Youth Basketball Program for youth in grades K-6. There are three levels within the League: Biddy Ball (For kids in K-2nd Grade); Bronze Ball (For kids in 3rd and 4th Grade); and Silver Ball (For kids in 5th and 6th Grade).
Second Hand Store
Accepts tax-deductible donations of quality used goods, furniture, art, clothing, jewelry, etc. for resale to benefit the affordable youth programs of the Martha’s Vineyard Boys and Girls Club. 100% of the Store’s proceeds support the Club!
